How Reuz (Quidpro Recraft Solutions LLP) defines and stands behind the claim that you can get up to 10% more than comparable local buyers, OLX-style deals and retail exchange counters.

The claim

Reuz aims to pay up to 10% more than a comparable offer you would reasonably get from a local phone buyer, an OLX-style private deal, or a retail store exchange / trade-in counter for the same model, storage variant and condition band.

What we compare against

  • Local shop / market buyer quotes for the same device and condition
  • Typical OLX or peer-to-peer asking / deal ranges for equivalent listings
  • Retail exchange or brand trade-in counters (e.g. large ecommerce or brand stores)

Prices are informed by live market data for your phone's model and condition. The uplift is relative to those comparable channels — not a guarantee versus every possible quote in India.

When it applies

  • You complete an online estimate with accurate model and condition details
  • Our executive assesses the device in person and confirms it matches the stated condition
  • You accept the final offer after assessment
  • Service is available in a city where Reuz currently offers doorstep pickup

What it does not mean

  • It does not mean every seller receives a flat +10% on every transaction
  • It does not lock the online estimate if the physical condition differs from what was declared
  • It does not compare against unverifiable, informal or non-comparable quotes (different model, storage, accessories or condition)
  • It is not a cashback, coupon or bank offer

Assessment & final price

The final price is confirmed after a transparent in-person assessment. When the device matches the online details, the final offer is typically within a small band of the estimate. If condition differs, the offer is adjusted and explained before you decide. There is no obligation to sell if you decline.

Does “up to 10% more” mean every phone gets exactly 10% more?

No. “Up to” means the uplift versus a comparable offer can be as high as about 10%, depending on model, condition, market demand and the competing quote. Some devices may see a smaller difference.

Is the online estimate the final locked price?

The online quote is an estimate based on the details you share. The final offer is confirmed after in-person assessment. Final prices are typically close to the online estimate when the device matches the stated condition.

What if I have a higher written offer from somewhere else?
